We offer refunds on our service/product if it is incorrect or if we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances.

ACCC consumer rights & guarantees state that we are not required to issue a refund or exchange in the instance that a customer:

  • got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided they did not like the purchase/service or had no use for it

  • misused a product/service in any way that caused the problem

  • knew of or were made aware of the faults before they bought the product/service

  • asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what they wanted.

 

Our reputation assures customers a quality of service and punctuality before committing to any purchase.

Cancellations which occur less than 24hrs before a booking commences are subject to a cancellation fee by Coastal Flicks.
