How many people can participate in a booking?Coastal Flicks allows for a maximum of 3 people to participate in any booking. This cap is etiquette to prevent a location becoming overcrowded. It also allows customers to split costs with mates and keep things affordable. Please note that a bigger group will mean there's a higher chance of your wave being missed due to split peak scenarios (very common) and wave length overlap (common at point breaks and longer waves).

What if the surf is bad?If the surf is bad upon arrival you can choose to pay a cancellation fee and reschedule the session or make the most of what's on offer! Some of our favourite sessions have been in howling onshore and small conditions. If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled at least 24hrs prior to the chosen start time there will be no fee.

How do I download my footage?We strongly advise downloading your footage from a computer for safe keeping however it is possible on all devices. Once your session has finished being processed at Coastal Flicks we send a zip folder to your email containing polished individual clips and a compilation of the session. These files can be downloaded direct to your computer or to your mobile device using the WeTransfer "Collect" app.

Can I use Coastal Flicks surf videos on my socials?Yes. As long as you have purchased the videos in question by hiring Coastal Flicks services or as an exclusive purchase. Credit is always appreciated! :) Tag us in your posts and our favourites will be reposted to the Coastal Flicks Instagram.
